BATANGAS ESTATES is a website specializing ing properties in and around Batangas Province and neighboring vicinities of the Southern Tagalog Region. This is headed by its principal, Arch. Joseph C. Chua, who is a registered and licensed Architect, Environmental Planner, and Real Estate Broker. Our office is based in Batangas City.
We cater to raw land for development, industrial lots, commercial lots and residential lots. We can provide due diligence for buyers and sellers. We can represent both the buyer and seller and we guarantee utmost integrity in all our transactions.

For property owners who want to offer their properties for sale, we charge a brokers's fee of a minimum of Five Percent (5%) for properties in our areas of specialization. This will cover all our marketing and transactional expenses, as well as payments for our co-brokers and partners once the property is successfully sold. We will handle the property payment of taxes, as well as the transfer of the title/s to the new owner.
